I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the staff genuinely made me feel welcome, especially Isaid at the gym, Maria from the entertainment team, and Juan at the poolside bar. However, my experience was dampened by the long wait at check-in, and the hot tub in my room not being fixed during my entire stay, which was disappointing considering the price I paid.
